• i'm over 18 but under 21.
  
• not planning on making a huge first deposit
  
• fast withdrawl is not important to me, but i want a place where i can feel safe that my money will come eventually.
  
• prop bets and live betting would be cool but it's not totally necessary

That's the first book I thought of too, however he's not 21 and they don't have credit card depositing for U.S. clients Mr.Richkas. I feel DSI (SBR Rated A+) would be the book he should checkout.

"Reload bonus" is for everything after you initial deposit.

I just switched to BetED from Bodog. The problems with Diamond if you're a small time player are 1) $300 minimum deposit, 2) no free withdrawal, 3) $5 minimum bet.

Even if the minimums aren't a problem, the no free withdrawals is a pain in the ass and just means your capping has to be that much better.
