    Intertops Payout Problems
    Hi guys! My name is Ricardo and im new here

    I open my account at Intertops some time ago( 2-3 weeks) and i place same bets at ml on soccer. Nothing special...
    I sent all id docs they ask including a photo off me holding my id card!!! After 1 week looking at my pretty face on the photo they send me a email saying that my account/id was checked. Last Sunday(18 Nov) i ask fo my 1st payout(900€) by Moneybokers(my deposits was by moneybookers too). They told me that the normal time to process it is 48h. Yesterday they i contact them at Intertops Chat and they told me that my payout will be processed soon....I wait until the end of the day and i contact them again. This time they told me that there i an investigation about my payout( not my account my payout by the payments team and i have to contact them by email! The payments department will be closed until next Monday so....

    Intertops has a great rating(b+) is this kind of problems/delays normal? Anybody else having problems?

    I never had problems with them, what is the explanation they are giving?

      This is incredible! Im going every day to their chat and they always saying me the same:
      There is issue about your payout! Please contact the financial dep. or wait for their email. I laready sent them emails and nothing...

      I dont understand what is happening, already sent all id docs they ask and i only use my computer to bet there! I cant imagine what is the problem! What can i do? Can anybody help me here?

            It means they suspect something fraudulent but they can't prove it yet. More than likely your payout method drew some red flags. File an SBR complaint to speed it along. Intertops was a good shop when I played there years ago, I can only speculate they are still a good book.

              If they accepted the documents, there is no reason to keep your payout.

                They finaly answer to one of my emails:
                Dear Ricardo,

                They continue not telling me what is happening but ill wait 1 or 2 days before i fill one of that complaint forms.

                  Thats what im thinking but i don't understand why. I made 3 deposits there with my moneybookers account:
                  500€ on 6 of NOV
                  800€ on 10 of NOV
                  500€ on 10 of Nov

                  and i request my payout(after all my docs are approved) by moneybookers, im not sure of the ammount and day because isnt on my statement but it was something like:
                  800-900€ on 18 or 19 of Nov
                  and my balance is 2328.57€

                  I have a VIP account at Moneybookers and i already ask tham to contact my VIP account manager if they want!

                    Never had a problem with them.

                    I live in the US and withdraw to Checking account. Takes a week to succesfully transfer.

                                          that is truly insane. we'll take your deposit no problem! but if you want your money you gotta send your ID and take picture of you holding your ID and video tape yourself getting a new ID at the DMV.
