Can someone explain live better football quarters to me? Yes, I am an idiot.

Been finding a lot of value in arbitrage on games where there is live betting throughout.

But I can't understand what the live betting on quarters is. Like, is the line that comes out at the end of the 1st (2nd Quarter Line) talking about the amount of points scored, or what the SCORE WILL BE, at the conclusion of the 2nd quarter? What about the totals? Thanks in advance

It only refers to points in that quarter.
