Six missed kicks above 40 but below 50 in a season is cut-worthy.
Four missed kicks below 40 in a season is also cut-worthy.

This does not include blocks, and there should be some leeway for extreme weather conditions. Likewise, the rules may be more strict in a dome, or even simply at home.

Pats fans were spoiled with Vinatieri who seemed to hit everything and we typically over-react but this guy makes me cringe.
