This happend to mike smith sunday. If you throw the flag on a play that the booth is automatically suppose to review you get 15 yard penalty and lose the right to challenge that play.

This happened in ATL and ARI if a play that would have been an official review already is challenged by a coach the team is charged a 15 yard penalty AND THE PLAY WON'T BE REVIEWED EVEN IF IT WOULD HAVE
