    Nash Is Done
Good run for him. I think the combo of a half court offense, which he clearly can't play, likes to run run run and his age have caught up to him.

Looking to the future, I'd say Deron Williams Chris Paul, Derrick Rose will carry the torch for the next decade for point guards.

I feel bad for him he had some nice deep playoff runs...and came up short a few times.

Not over for Nash yet, boys. The Suns are 8-4 and will make the playoffs again where anything can happen. Wouldnt be suprised to see them try to pick up another piece before the trade deadline for the final push.

I agree. He's finished. Maybe another year left in the tank and he calls it quits.

Still has talent, just not like before. He belongs in a run and gun offense. He's not nearly the player he could be when he's in the open court and can make decisions on the fly(under Dantoni). Plus he's older like I said.

Derrick Rose isn't a natural point guard. He is a scorer first unlike Paul and Williams. Heinrich is the only true point on the Bulls.

Not sure about Rose's future because he also doesn't have the right attitude that Paul and Williams have. Rose is one of those players that thinks he is king of the world and doesn't need to work. But then again Iverson was MVP one year. Who knows.

Ideally the place for him is with the Knicks and his old coach, but the Suns wont trade him while they still have a great shot at the playoffs.

Definently. I think he could be an all star under Dantoni again, MVP days over. He just doesn't do well in a half court offense.

And I don't know about Rose attitude wise. He is putting up great numbers, including asissts. I know the Bulls drafted him as the future Point Guard. Maybe more of a scorer now, develop more well rounded as the year progresses.

He should go back to making Bad News Bears movies. He was Kelly.

Nash is still ok but you will never win big series in playoffs with him, too slow and cannot play D.

He is certainly not done. But his minutes need to be cut and focus placed elsewhere and there are plenty of elsewheres on that team. He can still hit the big 3 with ease or draw a foul where he is automatic at the line. i always wondered about his leadership stuff. great player still just needs to be downsized.

The problem with Nash is that he is very ineffective on the defensive end and winning big time in the nba is about Defense.

his style of play doesnt fit in their offense as stated already.
Why all the hate on Nash, he was/is the pistol pete of our generation.

Looked horrible last night, but his back was bothering him. Who knows if he even would have played had Barbosa been available.
