Gronk is a red zone machine and one of Brady's security blankets, however he is not Wes Welker. As long as Welker is in the game to run between the 20's the Pats will move the ball. This team has more than enough weapons to overcome Gronk's injury against most teams. Losing him will not influence how I feel/bet on this team. Brady is Brady and has scored in the RZ well before Gronk was every on the team and will do it again. I think Gronk may be missed even more in run game blocking, he is a beast.
What does concern me is that the Jets D has quietly really come together, safeties are playing great, Cromartie having a career year and this is a Prime Time short week division game. Jets will be playing for their last hope at a decent season, though in all likelihood it is over, and they may be playing for Rex's job.,..Comment -
