It's not racist or ridiculous. It's fact. Yes, there are blacks that play in other countries. First of all, America was not the only country to own or import slaves. Secondly, blacks don't dominate those sports nearly as much as American sports. The reason there are 10,000 that fail is probably due to the limited number of spots on each roster.

It's not racist, it's a hypothesis. Natural selection is a reason behind a lot of differences between any species, in no way is it racist.

Consider why people of African origin are the most prone to sickle-cell disease. One of the best natural selection examples you can find.

Naturally, it's a theory which can explain the variation in some cases (the sickle-cell example) but not in others as MonkeyF0cker points out. The fastest 100m runners in the world are black - there is a reason for that. A natural selection bias would seem a perfectly good base for a hypothesis. Black children do the worst in school - there is a reason for that. It's just nothing to do with natural selection.

Not sure if you could entirely prove that Jewish men are the best bankers and, in the current financial crisis, it's probably not the best analogy.
