I'm such an idiot (49ers vs Bears related) - Hedge ideas/advice?

I thought I was onto a "hot scoop" this AM when I heard on Sirius NFL radio at about 6am that Alex Smith was likely to be cleared to play in tonight's game - I hopped on San Francisco in a couple teasers that brought them to +0.5 coupled with LSU at -5.5. Dumb as rocks, I know but I was still kind of hung over from yesterday's games and fully in the afterglow of my best weekend of the year yesterday and Saturday.

Now that he's not playing the line has dropped from -6.5 to -3.5. If I have $1000 on the 49ers/LSU teaser should I look to hedge out of this with a Bears-centric teaser or something? Or maybe I should just take my lumps and hope Ginn Jr. returns a punt or something tonight and SF holds on.

I'm a little biased since I'm a Bears fan. I'm taking chicago and the points. Niners may win, but I don't se them winning by more than 3. As for LSU, I feel sorry for Arkansas. LSU is pissed and will blow them game out of the water. I'm taking LSU- it doesn't matter.

um the other half of the teaser isn't until saturday. so "if" sf wins then he hedges off with an alternate line or tries for a middle on the lsu game.

After watching Campbell play in Chicago's last game . I don't believe Chicago will win . I like a dummy bet on SF this am at -6-.5 and just added more at -3 . Sit back and watch Campbell throw interceptions and get sacked and fumble. I said after the last game he played in, he should be bagging groceries. Papernick is much better than Campbell plus the game is at SF . Relax and enjoy your bets.

the fact that you thought alex smith playing is a reason to hammer the 9ers indicates you are in trouble in the future if you dont get out of the game. im not trying to be mean im being serious. smarten up in the future. when you win a bet, or lose a bet, you dont act on impulse and start dumping money to win more or get out of a hole.
