A high number of calls went to the Cowboys and the only reason they're winning this game. One of the announcers already said that Dallas had 9 first downs on Cleveland penalties today. Refs keeping Dallas drives alive and ending Cleveland's.

I have seen some Dallas holding calls that were not called though. Dallas O-line is getting crushed. You might be able to find some sort of holding on 90% of the plays. I feel ya there.
