I was able to get a play phoned in for the 6PM games but I had two plays I wanted to put around $1000 on in late games (SJST & Oregon St) and wasn't able to reach anyone on the number in this thread within 15 minutes before kick off...

Of course they both win, and I can verify those were the plays I wanted as evidenced by my bets on the SBR Sportsbook and with my local.

I'm not going to ask for a FP over this,even though I was not happy & had to actually post up around 6:30 pm at DSI just to get my plays in.I like BI in alot of ways but some of the headaches were starting to get on my nerves,lower limits,fewer ML's or waiting on lines to be posted.I don't think they owe anybody anything over this but could understand If a customer feels the need to be compensated.If anything they should automatically credit each account across the board and be done with it.

I tried Live Help last week. They told me they couldn't answer my question at that time and would get back to me. Since then I have e-mailed them twice, no response. When it comes to customer service, they are no Bookmaker.

Under the promised arrangement you can have two losing months, a winning season, and get 20% back for those two months. It's a little switch and baitish to change something like that in midstream. If it's unwise business practice, as it would seem to be, don't offer it in the first place.
