ND is a better football team than Oregon. Hell, Stanford turned the ball all over the field last night, and still beat Oregon. They didn't do that against ND.

That being said, no one was suggesting Oregon should sit the title game out.

I don't understand why it is so hard for teams to just admit ND is a good football team. Do they have flaws? Absolutely.

But so does every team. LSU ---which beat Auburn 12-10, and needed a some serious help to beat Ole Miss---- had 'Bama on the ropes with a very average offense.

They are back in a sense. For ND standard they have been gone for a long time. No doubt they are back. Top recruits will begin going there again. Especially if Kelly can get the academic restraints loosened up a little
