As stated earlier Jon has always treated me well, but i asked him a question 4 days ago, he replied 2 days ago and said he was out of office, and i havent heard back from him, sent 3 emails and called twice, will not bet or make another deposit until he can clearly answer my question. I actually gave him until 10am this morning to answer me back or I was going to deposit elsewhere, and i never heard from him, So i sent a deposit to Uncle Tony over at 5dimes, and it was a decent day there as long as you placed your plays early enough, which i made sure i did. Sorry Jon, I may be back when you can answer the question i have been waiting 4 days for you to answer, seems like none of the customer service guys (Jack, Bob, and the new 1st guy that answers) you currently have can answer the damn question, cause they keep saying you have to talk to Jon...... Lou, Freeplays are great but they arent your money till you win the damn game............Think Jon might also answer my damn question that i asked him on Tuesday, or is he still out of the office, or just going to blow me the penetrate off since he now manages 3 books?
