As I see it, there are a few possible answers. The collar could be 1,2,3,4 or 5 cents. I suppose it could also be free. If the idea is that you spend the entire dime and dollar and have no change, then the answer would be 5 cents, with the dog being $1.05.

this question and I would say only about 5% get it right.

5 cents is the right answer. Everyone says 10 cents.

And I guarantee you most people that saw this
would of said 10 cents as well.
