He is, and I don't see how anyone could argue otherwise. Curry is by a wide margin a better overall player than Reddick, but if we are talking just pure shooting Reddick is better. Reddick was one of the best pure shooters I've seen in a long time, maybe since Reggie Miller. His game didn't translate well to the pros because he couldn't create his own shot and really had nothing to add except his shot, which can be defended much better at the NBA level. Curry has more speed, athleticism and a better overall ability to create a shot for himself so he should have more luck in the NBA than Reddick, but I still don't see him being very successful.

On point. Reddick is a far (far) superior shooter to Curry. I also agree that Curry isn't going to be very successful in the NBA. Hes far too small and atleast hasn't shown to be a good point guard, as he basically plays SG for Davidson and at his size you cant be a SG in the NBA.

Curry is the truth, he didn't get picked up by big school because coming out of highschool he wayed about 130 pounds soaking wet. As for transition to the NBA at first I was skeptical about his size, but not anymore, he does everything right, moves without the ball, makes hard cuts to get open, creates seperation with the driblle and is lights out shooter. He will not only be good NBA player he will be great.

1) Stephen Curry plays nothing like Nash and never will playing anything like Nash. He is Monta Ellis with a purer shot. He can slash. He can shoot from 28ft. He can score 40 a night.

2) Saying Reddick is a better overall shooter than Curry is a ****ing joke. If by pure shooter you mean "purest stroke" or best shooter completely set and squared up and with no one within 5 feet then yes, I'll agree that JJ is better by a bit. Reddick (as much as it pains me to say it) has the purest stroke of anybody in the NBA. When he's set and square and not under pressure, his shot is incredible from anywhere. But under pressure, off balance, etc, Curry is lightyears better than Reddick. Not just miles, lightyears. Reddick can't knock down a 28 footer falling into the scorers table with a hand in his face. Under pressure Reddick can't do anything. Chokes likes its his job. If you disagree you didn't watch him play.

Very good Dwest finally someone that can accurately recognize talent. Reddick is a joke he always was and always will be. I like the Monte Ellis comparison, except Curry is a little bit better ball handler then Ellis and more under control. I don't think he will be like Nash but I do think he has the ability to be an excellent passer.
