Yeah, I'm not sure about this game. Most people are on Virginia yet the line keeps moving in their favor.

Bro, that is what I have been doing with College hoops and I have to say I've hit about 55% of the time. I don't have any compiled stats (but I should start to) but I've taken about 6 games based on this theory (NBA, NCAAB) and I've hit about 4 times. Wish I could back test my theory to see what's really good but so far so good.

I have had great success when this happens in college football it doesn't happen a lot but when it does it never makes since but I pound it an I'm a winner for sure when the line does this!!

Correct. It seems to happen a lot more often in college hoops especially outside of big conferences. Btw, I've been watching the line movement on College football and noticed that the BYU v San Jose St game has some RLM. Yesterday there was a heavier majority of public action on BYU but now it is around 55/45 BYU. Still, the opening line was BUY -6 and now its at BYU -3!

i may be wrong but i thought you always tailed RLM. so if greater then lets say 65 percent are on virginia, yet the line goes from -6 to -5 you would bet VIRGINIA.

but you guys like to bet the team whos line gets worse?

that is the opposite of RLM
in this case if you are betting RLM you bet against Virginia (Betting the side with lower %s bet but line moving their way)

you would take the team whos line is getting worse not better meaning that they are afraid Delaware would cover the +6 so they would continue to drop it until it does not look as good (such as +5) and causes more to jump on the Virginia line from -6 to -5. So take the team whos points are getting worse which means they will normally cover.

Yes you bet the worse line because vegas is trying to get more people on Va by dropping the line they know things we will never know this is vegas trapping in the public when they think they have a better then good chance to crush them!! if they didnt want more action on Va they would simply take Va up to -7 or -8 until the public evens outs the bets!!
