They treat Canucks well, have an 800 number for Canada and service is top notch, lots of funding/withdrawing options and you'll never have to worry about getting paid, licensed and regulated in Australia and UK.

Betfair is available to Canadians right? Matchbook, WSEX, Greek, Bet Jamaica, Bookmaker, Diamond Sports (DSI), Legendz, ThePig. Just a few that come to mind that are rock solid.

ocho apparently the only thing preventing them from being A, A+ are their low limits.
Everybody says they are safe and have been around for a while.
And they boot you fast when you win.

Maybe so, but they only operate in USD, you always get screwed with conversions, Instadebit sends you CAD when you cashout, you will lose on the exchange rate.
Canbet offers Instadebit and Canadian Dollar accounts, no fees for withdrawals ever.

Whatever exchange you get, your getting hosed.
Book sends US Dollars to Instadebit, you request funds from Instadebit, they send Canadian Dollars to you after taking 2.5% or more. On a $300 withdrawal you just paid an extra $7.50 or more to Instadebit for converting currency, do that twenty times, it adds up.
If you make alot of instadebit deposits/withdrawals you are better off sticking to Canadian Dollar sportsbook accounts.
