I wouldn't really call it a dump, do ask for a complimentary upgrade and tip 20 bucks and get the north tower. It's worth it for free/15 bucks a night especially for the location.. Now if it was Imperial Palace i'd rather sleep on the streets at downtown vegas..

never stayed there but did walk over to check it out while staying at paris. clean and classy hotel, not as nice as paris but i would stay there for $15.
