And how often does the right hand not talking to left have to happen before the powers that be at SBR stop covering for a PAYING book and admit they play games. Oh and as for the bonus they give to rectify their "innocent" mistake...no thank you, it only leads to bullshit excuses over and over again. I just wish one of you mods had enough balls to admit if Betonline wasn't paying then you'd be telling people to stay away or at the very least proceed with caution.
Do a search for Sportsbetting.com here. Count the guys who argued over the past 2 years that the book was underrated. Those players would all be stiffed if it wasn't for BetOnline taking responsibility for millions in balances that Sportsbetting didnt tell them about.
I know it's fun to argue and take positions with an audience but in the end you have to keep it in perspective. BetOnline has been around about 9 years and you can't find anyone who says they were stiffed or cheated. That goes along way. Yes, they are big and have issues being consistent even to their own listed terms. CS needs to get better at escalating things when a customer has an issue. That said, a lot of you guys are there because they can take your money fast before game time and have more betting options you like. The book retains players and isn't big because everyone tries them and leaves. Yes, there are books that are good in the areas where BOL gets complaints and there are also books that are rated 3 bumps above them. Im not going to argue with anyone whose waited for Moneybookers that B+ is too high.Comment -

Also, I'm sick of the excuses about BOL not knowing about all the payouts outstanding by sportsbetting. When you acquire a business you should know all account payables on books and know the accounting in general. Its such a bullshit excuse, and I'm tired of it. Oh and don't believe their website where they say you can withdraw up to 2,000 via p2p, fukkin liars. All you need to do is make a quick call to CS and ask what their max p2p withdrawal is and you will see
Good luck getting 4k out of this site

Absolutely correct. Anyone who believes SBR cares about the player is just plain dumb. SBR/Dozier cares about one thing - $$$$$$$

#62Hi Rocky,Originally posted by rocky16I've been waiting 6 months for a payout from sportsbetting.ag (owned by BOL).
According to your complaint filed Thursday, you actually had requested a payout originally May 18th. That's more than one full month before the acquisition took place. You received that payout, but at the time were not able to take 100% of your funds out.
We are asking management what the deal is for this check you've requested Sept 26, and apologize that you've been waiting to this point. But according to your own words, I'm not sure that saying six months is entirely accurate?Comment -

#65I should have clarified. I've been waiting 6 months for $2500. I received $625 but that took 3.5 months to get. Sportsbetting.ag was acquired around July 25th or so and since acquisition I've been waiting almost 4 months for my total balance. They gave me 25% of the balance (the $625), but it was like pulling teeth. The remainder has been even worse to deal with. They had me do the documents dance after they already sent me a check, and after I got that squared away I finally got the remaining balance approved on Sept 26th. Haven't seen that and we're on Nov 17th now.Originally posted by SBR LouHi Rocky,

Either way, this payment goes all the way back to Mid May and we're at mid Nov now. I can be fair and say since BOL acquired the book its been almost a 4 month wait for my total balance, but even then, that's unacceptable.
BOL should not accept any more deposits until they get their "processor issue" squared away. Even a lemonade stand gives me change right away.Comment -
