                                                    Bears fan here and that is an awful call
                                                    Once Cutler crosses the line of scrimmage he is a runner, therefore it should not be an illegal hit. Kubiak should be going nuts.

                                                    If it was a legal throw, different story, but that was not the ruling on the field, its a mess for the refs either way.
