now you're going to do what you accused me of all week..and that is announcing a vid upcoming and not doing it?? so when can we expect this Vegas boy?? my eyes are closing and it's 240 am.. should i wait.. i can hold up another 30 min max.. will it be up, or should i go to bed and pick it up in the morning?

If you only work 16 hours a week, and are not in school, why not get a 2nd job???????

Nice videos.

A couple things:

1) to borrow from donjuan: "there are no right sides, only a right price" . Learn this.

2) You can turn a tiny ($200) bankroll into a decent sized one fairly easily. Try SIA or playing poker.

3) Many people win consistently at this. It's not impossible. But, the NFL is the hardest. Unless you have good injury info, and great models and work exceptionally hard at it, I'd stick to College -- or better yet try a smaller market.

IMPOSSIBLE.. and even at 53%, you break just about even.. vegas dave, you will end up so so close to 50%, no matter how much you know.. that's just how it is..vegas dave, this game is unbeatable.. i've met 7,000 vegas daves in my lifetime with same knowledge, same attitude, same dream.. and all lost it all.. not one made any money.

I'm in the process now. The main reason I didn't go back (other than the money) was because I didn't know what I wanted to get a degree in. I like broadcast journalism, but I wanted to get a more useful degree because you don't really need a degree to be a broadcaster. I've been searching for the right major and I finally found it, so I'm in the process of evaluating transfer options and what not. I agree with you, nowadays you definitely need a degree out there.

Searching for a 2nd job! This economy-in-the-shitter thing is no myth... I've been applying to garbage jobs such as Blockbuster, Staples, etc, even these places aren't really hiring. I'm actively searching though.

As for sending out my demos, I will eventually. Right now my girlfriend, my brother, and my best friend are in Los Angeles and at this stage in my life I'm not ready to leave them all behind yet. There will always be shitty small market radio stations out there; as soon as I'm ready, I'll definitely start sending tapes out.
