jesus i was just coming on the site to say how i thought betting Franklin was way to risky at these odds. When this match was announced the first time way back when i was all over Franklin but when he barely beat a washed up Wandy i saw to much slippage. NO clue these started already unless the OP is full of shit which i doubt.

It happens after a few good shots. That stretch of Anderson Silva x2, Vitor Belfort, Wandy x2 and chuck Liddell does not keep the chin in good condition.

He's 38yo as well. You're going to be a split second slower and leave yourself open to catastrophic punches. There's only a few ageless wonders (Randy Couture) who can still fight among the best mid-late 30s. Even 32/33 is pushing it for many fighters.
37 fights since 99' I think he will have to retire soon. Maybe one last fight against an easier opponent and he can leave the octagon a winner.
You have to give the man respect.

jeez getting hit by that awful punch maybe it is time to retire. Heck even that stiff out of shape Lee was stunned it connected. The way he celebrated u might have thought it was his first win of his career.
