#72Your information is either erroneous or very misleading.
Any worker making over 10,000 or so pays federal income taxes. Go read your tax forms.
If 45% are in fact not paying I'd like to know who they are because its certainly not the working poor.
To get such a high number you would have to include not only seniors, homeless, disabled, welfare mothers, children, but possibly a number of rich ****s who itemize their deductions to zero.
So please explain who you are including in this 45%. Because you seem to imply that the 45% lowest earners don't have to pay taxes under the current code. This is obviously untrue.bird bird da bird's da wordComment -

#73Lostmymarbles, you are a coward. You claim you don’t have time, then write fairly long posts. Truth is that you are weak and pathetic and cannot answer one simple question, of course, what would you say; the Bush Admin has done a great job? I will not allow you to bulldog this conversation, if you cannot answer the question I initially posted then I will not answer yours,. Yours is an age-old strategy of misdirection. You are a cheap knock-off of Sarah Palin; remember how she would do that too, she would be asked a question and shift over to a different subject. Neo-cons are known for that and you can’t really blame them, what are they going to say; Are you better off now than 4 years ago, 8 years? Do / have neo-con politics work? Of course not. Lost my marbles wrote:
1) i dont have time to sift through your incoherent bumblings. so let me try to make this quick.
2) would you please do me a favor and ask wb the following questions:
ANSWER MINE, TOOL. I WILL REPOST IT:
1) In the mean time, tell me, regardless of ideology and your fiscal blueprint, has American Republican fiscal ideology been a success since 1981? (just ignore if you don't have the cookies).
There were other inferred questions, but let’s do baby steps; answer this COMPREHENSIVELY, not 1 sentence, actually go into detail maybe a paragraph or two detailing how Reagan/Bush/Bush policies have done a wonderful job. Here, maybe you can use this graph to explain how neo-con policies, which you obviously advocate, how they help this country. http://www.lafn.org/gvdc/Natl_Debt_Chart.html
The really laughable part is that you think you’re smarter than Warren Buffet, Princeton Professor Krugman and New York University Professor Nouriel Roubini. I put you right near Sarah Palin, but you probably didn’t hopscotch 5 different colleges/Universities to get the easiest degree known to man, you probably don’t have one at all.Comment -

#74>>>>>>>>>>>>>>well like i figured, ebsb52 gets put to task and he loses all rationality, wait thats right when did he ever have that?
Put to task? You are really deluded thinii8ng you are the task assigner. As I said, I asked you a direct question way back there, you said you didn’t have the time for it, then babbled on with several for me; answer my question then I will answer yours - I’m actually dying to, I just can’t let you bulldog the conversation.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>it must be hard out there living through ideology that refuses you to think on your on and accept reality.
This neo-con reality: http://www.lafn.org/gvdc/Natl_Debt_Chart.html Yea, not real easy to live with.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>he says one thing, gets proven wrong, but still thinks some moron's economic theory trumps reality and history.
Where was I proven wrong and by whom? I posted 2 university professors, one from Princeton, as well as the richest man in the world, you ignore that completely and feel as though you have won something? You are deluded. HINT: you cannot ignore data and professional sources and claim a victory, unless you arte pandering to neo-cons.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>a)what percentage of total federal income taxes do the top 1% of tax filers pay?
40%
i know wb thinks that this is too low, but i seem to think that something is wrong with this... The top 1% of tax filers pay 40% of all the income tax.
You lose again, loser. Your own argument slams you up the ass, how is wealth distributed? I’ll tell you: The top 1% have 40% of all wealth distribution per the pie chart genius, which makes sense that they pay a proportionate amount. You really supported my argument there, brilliance. Thank you, and those are 2001 numbers, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s more by now with them paying <40%, but either way, it is proportionate. Nice job. http://sociology.ucsc.edu/whorulesam...er/wealth.html
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>b)how about the the top 50% of tax filers?
97%
The top half of americans pay nearly all of the income tax.
Which is still approximately the same with the graph, even if true, which I doubt. But as a good neo-con, which you are, of course all you post are snippets from you tube, no raw or refined data. Kinda like Bush; pictures are better than words and books.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>c)and how about the bottom 45%?
0%, thats right zero. they don't pay, but they do get paid with refundable credits and rebates.
You’re smoking crack. I’m in the bottom 45% and I pay taxes. Even the neo-cons are shielding their faces saying, “we don’t know this guy.” Your own graph states the bottom 45% pays 3%. But again, that's generally proportionate to wealth distribution, so what's your point?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>so yeah, out of FAIRNESS, we should really be trying to raise taxes on the evil greedy rich that pool their money together and cause stagflation.
You don’t get taxed on pooled (saved) money, just income, genius. Furthermore, people don’t get taxed, money does, as in earned income. As well, the most brilliant fiscal minds in the country agree that lowering taxes does little to nothing to stimulate growth, trying addressing that rather than running in circles.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>and to address your well thought reasoning behind the housing bubble, it doesnt take a genius to connect the dots on it. so believe what your liberal heros tells you, and don't take the time to figure it out on your own.
And in cowardly neo-con fashion, you’ve done nothing to dispel my beliefs or the assertions of the richest guy in the world or the prestigious professors. Nothing.
One last question: do you think anyone here buys your BS? One guy came to your rescue, but even refuses to dispute my data or the professional people I cited.Comment -

Once again, you've done nothing to disagree with me that lowering taxes does nothing to enhance growth, as I've asserted, and 2 university professors have asserted.Comment
