Every time I get more serious about gambling, I go on huge cold streaks.

More often than not, it's better to go with your first instinct than to research for hours. I have this same problem, as I'm sure a lot of us do.

I'm not sure if its that or what, but when I look at games Saturday right before they kick off, I usually have a good day. When I handicap during the week, I always penetrate it up for some reason

What kinds of information do you research? I think shallow stat analyses get a lot of gamblers in problem.

          correction: gives gamblers problems.

          LOL...damn NBA is retarding me.

what does getting more serious mean? simply raising your average wager amount? or like quitting your job or some other activities to gamble full time?

Most of the info you research is the stuff that is used to set the line. While numbers are great if you are good and have a successful formula, I get much more out of betting on teams that I have watched play.

by research I mean by really studying injuries and looking at look aheads/hangovers. Idk, just seems like every time you get confident about what your doing, things go in the shitter
