I don't think taking the points is a bad bet. Saying Michigan wins outright by such a margin without backing it up seems inane. GL DD!

Alright guys lets stop with the Ohio St. wins in a route, or Michigan wins in a route nonsense....This game should be close either way.
For one it's a rivalry game, secondly who exactly has Ohio St. "routed" at home this year?
vs. Ohio Won 26-14
vs. Troy Won 28-10
vs. Minnesota Won 34-21
vs. Purdue Won 16-3
vs. Penn St. Lost 13-6
(I didnt include their drubbing of a 1AA school)

All five of the above schools are better than Michigan (other than Minnesota. Yes, I know Michigan actually beat Minnesota, but I prefer to think that Minnesota beat themselves.)
Ohio State, who is greatly overrated, will bury Michigan.

absolutely not mtneer....Minnesota lost to Michigan in a beatdown at home....Ohio is DEFFINATELY not better than Michigan, Purdue isnt better than Michigan, they are about equal considering Purdue barely beat them at home....the only above team that is deffinately better than Michigan is Penn St....and Troy probably.
Besides that's not the point....The point is Ohio St. has played a lot of bad teams close at home....and Michigan is going to be jacked for the game

Ohio is 1-5 in the MAC, and 2-8 overall. So is Toledo (1-5, 2-8) who won at Michigan 13-10. To say that Ohio is definitely better......... no way. Maybe better....perhaps.
I will spot you Minnesota which was Michigan's best game of the year. If Michigan plays to that level against Ohio State, they will only lose by 20. I'm betting that without the only semi-capable QB they have...... it will be more like 30.

Wow, you guys are something else. A few facts:
1. The "Sweater Vest" does not lose to Michigan.
2. DickRod has managed to have the worst season in Michigan football history, in only his first year.
3. They lost to Toledo.
It will not be close.

guru-t....I'd stay away from rice -8...... If I had the balls I'd bet Marshall
rice has won 3 games this year by more than 8......to North Texas...to SMU....and Tulane. Those are three of the worst teams in CFB. Every other game they've played has been a win by 7 or less...or a blowout loss.
They don't play defense at all

THIS IS THE WORST TEAM IN THE HISTORY OF MICHIGAN FOOTBALL.
I don't want to hear about "almost."
They are awful, beyond awful. Embarassing. Go ahead, lay that jack. The sweater OWNS Ann Arbor and everything about it.

there are FAR more reasons to take Michigan in this spot than to take Ohio St. And I'm talking about with the points...not ML
For every reason you can give me to lay 21 i'll give you two to take the points
But....if you do decide to lay those kind of points hopefully the rest of your card looks good. haha just kidding

There is ZERO percent chance I am taking this game.
I'd love to go point for point with you on this game, would be pretty easy, IMO. You would be supporting the worst offense in the Big 10, one of the worst defenses in the Big 10, a team with one road win, and the worst team in program history. Pretty tough mountain for you to climb.

Fair enough. Just hard to bet my money, almost regardless of the spreads, on the Detroit Lions, Washington Huskies, and Michigan Wolverines of the world.

I'm not worried about it at all because he will play.
Michigan QB Threet doubtful to play vs. Ohio State
Michigan might be missing some key players at Ohio State.
Coach Rich Rodriguez said Monday he doubts quarterback Steven Threet or running back Sam McGuffie will play against the 10th-ranked Buckeyes.
Rodriguez says Threet has a shoulder injury, and McGuffie had a death in his family.
Running back Brandon Minor says he will play in Michigan's finale after missing a game with rib and shoulder injuries.
Ohio State is a 19-point favorite, matching the largest spread in the rivalry, and is a win away from earning at least a share of a fourth consecutive Big Ten title.
Michigan has lost a school-record eight games in Rodriguez's debut season and will not play in a bowl game for the first time since 1974.

Unless your units are $1 per unit I would never lay 20 units on a huge dog. Michigan's qb Threet and rb McGuffie are doubtful for the game.

I am starting to think that a lot of people here have not watched these two teams this year or possibly havent watched any games AT ALL....Even considering Michigan on the ML is completely retarded....If you really are going to play it and are not here just to tout ridiculous opinions...If you are really here to say you think Mich wins outright( by the way), put up a copy of your ticket....

That's what I'm talkin about!!!!!!I'm not tryng to hear about the rivalry factor this year in this game..This will be similar to MICH-PENNST earlier this year!Mich comes in all emotional, plays half-way descent, then gets their asses kicked all over the place!!!!

Listen to wager 20 units on Michigan ML is obviously ridiculous. But to think Michigan has no shot is equally ridiculous. Especially to say that Michigan doesn have a shot to keep it close.
Michigan has not had a good year, however they have been playing better as of late....AND this IS their season.
Everyone yammering about how Ohio St. is going to "destroy" or "kill" or "pound" Michigan in this game...I ask again. Please show me any evidence of them doing so to a poor team this season at home. You'll look and look and look and guess what you wont find it. And that's because they've havnt done it all year long.

I remember when Ohio State was Unbeatable until Michigan State shocked them with their pants down
I remember when Orlando Pace was playing and everybody said Michigan had no chance. Michigan They won that game.
Ohio State could have been in 10 National Champsionship games the last 20 Years however they always managed to hit roadblocks and unexpected fate with Michigan State and Michigan Teams and sometimes other teams over the years. Ohio State could have been a true Dynasty but always lost one critical game every year from Michigan State to Michigan to Northwestern.

those games arent "proof" of anything....those were all road games....
Ohio St. has played worse competition at home and hasnt beaten anyone by more than 18....
Also they didnt show great defense against Illinois....Illinois just kept shooting themselves in the foot
