1%-5% of your bankroll no more on any bet. Either set a date or value for your bankroll as to when its time to reasses total BR.

Keep records, you can build percentages over time and see what you are good at, not what you think you are good at.

2.5 percent of bankroll along with double negative regression but nobody has the patience for this so you will be using Martingale like the rest of us degens.

I sure hope no one actually uses a martingale. Care to explain the double negative regression, never heard of it.

Double negative regression is if you win 200 bet next bet is 100 if you win that next bet is 50. Can be used with any percentage off win as long as its less than the previous won bet. Basically the opposite of Martingale.

Thanks, so after a loss you revert back to initial bet size?

If your total bankroll is $1000. Just bet $10 to $50 per game.
If you lose more than you win, bet the $10.
Never bet big just because someone on the internet is or you think it's a "lock", no such thing as a lock. Only a high or low probability to win.

you can read all you want and listen to people's advice all you want but only you can control your tilt.

you need to go bust about 100 times before you realize you can't keep on chasing after your losses.

bankroll management is the hardest part of gambling. keep at it and something might click one day. gl
