5Dimes has already graded it as such (I had Obama +180 there and that was a win, but under 309.5 electoral votes, which was graded a loss). I haven't seen anything official yet though.

Florida's election officials have not called it so I'd say no. Obama's listed as officially up 0.6% which isn't jack and they have a ton of absentee ballots out it could still go Romney. But with 303 Elect. votes Obama didn't need it. For that matter he didn't need Ohio either. Take away Ohio's 18 elect. votes from Obama's 303 and he still wins 285- 15 more then he needed.Comment -
I don't think it's so much a "given" as much as it doesn't matter. Some talking head was on this morning going on about absentee ballots and that they'll likely be mostly made up of older voters and military voter. Obama won Florida too! He was up 60K votes with nowhere near enough votes left for Mitt shit to catch him! Almost all the counties had reported in. The workers left after counting past midnight when the race was called, and decided to finish in the morning.Comment -
