Happy you sound pretty bitter. You wouldn't get near him here without losing some of your most favorite parts of your anatomy. And I would lead the charge.

As for the other....you just don't get it. Alabama fans are delighted with how our team is playing. We are looking forward to playing to see how far our team has progressed. We still consider them a measuring stick. If we beat Auburn and get blown out by Florida we are still pleased with how far our program has come in such a short time.

There are a lot of great coaches that are best suited for one specific level. Saban is a college coach...not a pro. Spurrier is a college coach.

Well except for Mike Shula. I think he is still a wee bit unhappy. I had some high hopes for him. He was some mighty fine eye candy on the sidelines. But the team was poorly conditioned and lacked discipline under him.

Yes. I am familiar with the quality of talent in the SEC. Not my teams fault that other teams were overrated. Last time I checked, games weren't played on paper. Besides I think an ugly win beats a pretty loss any day of the week.

Florida has looked scary good since they lost to Ole Miss. I am not knocking them at all. I think they look better now than they did when they won the championship 2 years ago. But I also think that Alabama is clearly the best team hands down in the West.
