    Ties are stupid
I can't believe the NFL still allows ties to happen. Unreal.

At least they rarely happen. Sounds like both teams didn't deserve to win.

I think ties are great if I'm getting 8 points or more.

I'd like to see the NFL implement the college overtime rules, with the minor change that each team's possession begin from the 35 instead of the 25. I don't like the overtime possessions beginning in field goal range.

That is FG range for 95% of NFL kickers. Make it midfield.

I would take it even a step further...Start at your own 30 or 35 yard line....

it takes it happenning for the league to question it, and it hardly ever happens, like most, i love CFB OT rules. and the NFL should adopt it...like my idol Billie Jean says "fairs fair"

Actually the idea of midfield sounds even better than my original proposal. Perhaps we should circulate a petition to forward to Führer Goodell.

How about a tie counts as a loss for both teams?
