Most Exciting NFL Player since Barry Sanders cannot display his talent???

Lets face it. Devin Hester on Kickoffs and Punts was the most exciting player since Barry Sanders. However Teams are not kicking to him anymore. I think this takes away from the NFL and is a true letdown. Someone so good at something should be able to play and display it properly. The NFL should penalize teams that do not kick the ball off regularly. I am sure they could make certain exceptions like 4 quarter and etc. What do you think? Give Hester the dam ball
