Someone wake me up when the B10 becomes relevant again in college football The B10 should be embarrassed of itself if it sends a Sun Belt level team to represent the conference in the Rose Bowl.

They wouldn't have a chance if OSU and Penn St were eligible, not that they really have a chance anyway. The big10 is not as bad as everyone says it is.

I disagree. The B10 is really bad. Let's not mince words. There are very few marquee wins of note by any of the conference members. The fact that OSU and PSU are not eligible is a joke. Sorry, I may be in the minority, but I fail to see the logic of punishing the entire PSU football program and community for the terrible judgments by a handful of PSU coaches and administrators. Give the school a massive fine and call it a day, but do not punish the current set of players and the entire community. I also fail to see the heavy handedness of the OSU sanctions. Yeah they broke some "rules" but come on. The NCAA is a joke. This is what you get when everyone is "ineligible." Same thing happened last year with UCLA playing in the PAC-12 conference championship game instead of USC.

lol could be real scary if they win this weekend. Then Wisconsin loses vs OSU and @PSU. Then IU knocks out Martinez on the first play of the B10 Champ and they win.

5-7 Hoosiers in the Rose Bowl They draw like 4000 fans a home game and nobody in the world could name a single player or coach

they just beat Iowa and barely lost to OSU and MSU. Wisconsin is awful. 40% chance they win and all they need is this game

Maybe. But UW is nothing special and they have a very weak qb back in now.

I'm with you 100000%, the board handled this whole mess about as poorly as possible. I was rooting for JoePa to file a wrongful termination/slander suit. Could anyone have put a dollar value on his legacy? But he respected the university too much, and I don't really know why.

To be honest, I have my doubts about the report. I believe it be seriously embellished and methodologically flawed at that. Not condoning anything that happened. But a more thorough and proper investigation was needed to determine what happened. Not one rushed for effect. But in any event, while everyone who was involved is either dead, in jail, or soon to be in jail....I am not seeing why the whole PSU football program is suffering and the PSU community at that. And as consequence, the whole B10 is suffering when the best teams are shut out like this.

Yup, they just blindly accepted the report, even though many claims seem unsubstantiated.

Graham Spanier, the former president of PSU went to my high school, and we ripped his picture off the wall of fame about 2 days after the story broke. He had no charges filed against him, nothing. Guilty until proven innocent is becoming the way of our world, and thats a problem.

Anyway, Wisconsin is a respected program, and Indiana is Indiana, just do not see them winning that game.

                      09:00 AM 128 Indiana +6 -102

not saying wisconsin is comparable to alabama, but awful?

their 3 losses have been by 3 to michigan st, by 3 at oregon st, and by 3 at nebraska. hardly embarassing stuff there.

more like a 30% chance AT BEST for indiana as a +6 1/2 dog

even if indiana wins, they are at penn st and at purdue. not hard to imagine them losing both and wisconsin either winning at home vs ohio st or at penn st
