Daylight savings time question

Has DST always been on Sunday at 2:00 am ? When i was in middle school back in 1998 or so i always thought it was Monday at 2am and monday was the first day of it. Because i used to always love staying up a extra hour sunday nights and monday kids wud always show up late to school or **** versa. If sunday was first day i dont no how neone would show up late/early.

Probably do it on Sunday Morning, so people n the East Coast get an extra hour @ the bars.

Agreed, what i hate more are the people that still beleive their internal clocks are off 5 days later. Im like you go to sleep you wake up, your body knows no difference. Unless you only got 2 hours of sleep or something of the sort.
