Tampa could easliy lose the game outright, this is the NFL baby where anyone can beat anyone. The second teaser you have looks a little better but is no lock.

Minny on the road and Tampa Bay at home is a recipe for disaster for Minny. If I got Tampa at +3.5 that would be game over IMO. I would put that literally at a 75-80% chance of hitting
