South florida has to get two touchdowns more than rutgers in the second half to win the game. Unless they go for a two point conversion, then they could tie the game with a TD and field goal more than Rutgers in the 2nd. I think south florida might win. So Rutgers +7 losses.

Anyone can come on at halftime saying they have + points and ML when the team is up 2 scores. But nowhere do I see he posted Rutgers before gametime let alone any post about this game. I don't believe anyone like this at all...
