P.F. Chang's has one of the most vegetarian and vegan friendly menus of any mainstream restaurant in the States. Of course there are places that specialize in that sort of menu, but P.F. Chang's is well-known, high-quality, and affordable.

Syracuse? You are 20 minutes from me. I have some experience with that. I would recommend Ithaca if you feel like making a drive out there. They have a lot of veggie places. Sushi is always a strong pick. If you want any specifics. PM me boss.

In California it is very easy, so many different places to choose from. I have been a Vegetarian for 17 years and vegan for 5.

I live on Cayuga Lake. I hear ya, I hate hippies as well. In Skaneatalas there is a Sushi restaurant called Kabuki. It is PERFECT for veggie people.
