He requested the pay out weeks ago, they sent it to him, it was no good. Why should he have to request it again. Why would they re-credit it? If it was and he said OK to it, I am sure it was as a last resort to get SOMETHING positive. But if they did redeposit it why didnt he gamble any of it? Then they also close his account which now conveniently has the said money frozen in it.
Bottomline is they ****** up, they know it, theyre playing games. He should have never needed to have to option to put it back in his acount in the first place they should have reissued another check.
These are the types of games dead beats play when they dont want to pay people. Yet guys here think they are all legit reasons, which after the fact they might seem to be.
What gets lost in all this is 5dimes a book people send money to daily bounced a check. How does that happen? Especially one for less than 5K, half that in this case basically. Ten when they found out it did bounce what did they do? Nothing but ask their customer to jump through hoops, which he did atthat time. So once it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt(they knew it all along) that the check did bounce) they start playing the games and give people the run around.
Whether or not he actually told them to put the money back into his account is irrelevant I dont know if he did I havent followed this like some people have apparently. Because if he did do it, it was probably as a last resort. But I find it hard to believe he did, especially if he didnt use it to gamble with. They may have put it back in there, but I doubt he knew it. Another scammers way of trying to make themselves look good. even if they really didnt they could and then back date/log it to make it look like they did. Conjecture obviously. But the fact is they have also now closed that account, very convenient at this point, with the money in it. So they again get to assert that little bit of control these scumbags like to think they have over the degenerates gambling through their sites. As if burying them financially isnt enough.
I have requested millions of dollars worth of payouts over the years, you know how many times I got a bounced check or a run around of any sort? How about zero. The only times there was any delay was when I closed a few accounts at Pinnacle when they stopped taking US players, but those accounts had a pretty sizable aggregate figure. And one time from the Greek when i requested several pay outs within a short period of time, they were slow on the last couple. again for a hell of a lot more than 2700 bucks.
This is 2012 not 1999, they can blame the banking system and the regulations all they want, this is clearly not related to that at all. other than them writing checks through a Canadian bank. As soon as it was shown the check bounced there should have been one already ready to mail out. Instead of having a week or more go by and letting Jim get worked up and losing it on every forum around. I've endured almost the exact situation in the past and the funds were indeed returned to my account and it took all of 30 seconds of my time to have the funds resent and received without an issue. Its been stated and i'm almost certain this douche went on chat or called them up and instead of handling it calmly, he likely went off on anyone he could and as such is suffering the repercussions now.
