He's still very young, but with the staff around him I thought he'd develop quickly...

I've seen plenty of teams look almost weird that have internal issues you find out about after the fact. Wonder if that's going on here.

We knew Virginia Tech was going to bad this year without David Wilson and those OL, but now we're seeing terrible coaching that just makes things worse. If you EVER kick a field goal on second down when you have a timeout left, you deserve to be fired.

Agree a down year expected but not like this...

I mean how many times have you thought that before and they find away to finish in the top 10...

I still think this kid had crazy potential...

I know he is struggling with all those offensive linemen they had to replace, sacked 15 times going into tonight. But at the end of the day, I don't think he is an accurate passer. I have seen him miss wide open players with no pressure to think it is anything but inaccuracy. He is a big fairly fast althlete but does not have the elite arm/accuracy of a top tier passer.

Ya, I don't know about him either. He made some unforgivably inaccurate throws today.

The kid is not putting in the work with also catching up to the speed of college play but let's not blame the coaches I'm sure he isn't in the film room an weight room as much as the coaches would like he hopefully will mature he seems to have all the tools so there is hope..
