Walmart and their GramMoney is about as easy as you can get nowadays.. now if BetOnline could get some competitive lines

take forever to post moneyline,but their spreads and offcourse lines are geared toward underdog capping.
lets put it this way if a guy opens an acct and starts betting 250 a pop will get just down real quick,recreational book
