Quick question about ML bets

I had a money line bet today on Arsenal and the game ended up going to overtime/extra time and 5Dimes posted the play as a loss even though Arsenal won. Do rules for ML play change from sport to sport? Do you have to win your ML in regular time in all sports for it to cash? I'm confused.

Soccer is usually different as there is a 3 way money line (option of a draw)

Most other spots have a 2 way money line where OT is included. Winner of the game is the ML winner.
