Sportbet Withdrawal Issues Earn it F rating
    ... in my opinion.

Will give details in a couple weeks, but be warned. They are no longer processing moneybookers withdrawals, despite accepting deposits. Requested a payout over 2 months ago, and with a lot of hassle, finally received a check which may or may not bounce. Will keep you updated.

    this is not cool.

it clearly says on their website that MB is an option for withdrawal!

what reason did they give you for no longer allowing MB withdrawals?

    thumbs down.

First they said they are 'experiencing a delay', and to wait a few weeks. I did. This was on top of the 30 day hold period I already waited through. Then they just said MB is no longer available.

Usually they seem to delay players until they receive enough funds into either Neteller or Moneybookers in order to process those withdraw requests. I'm not saying its right by any means, however that's just the way it is unfortunately. The sick part is their are a lot of books that do this since the post October 13, 2006 port act law took affect.

That's a bit weird. I received my last moneybookers payment from them early this week, having requested a payout for all my balance out immediately after I learned that they weren't paying out via NT. It took a little more than 10 days.

But it sounds like you were in the queue ahead of me, unless I'm mistaking what you're saying, so I don't see why they wouldn't have paid you first.

But, anyway, yes, I have been playing there for a number of years but won't go back unless/until things improve. They used to be legitimately B, maybe even B+. Now they're at best C. It's not just the slowpay, it's that they're being dishonest about it.

I had gotten mb payouts from them before without too too much hassle.

But this time it was ridiculous.

I also know a player who requested and received a Moneybookers payout entirely inside the timeline being described here.

the details are just how they lied about mb being available, obviously trying to delay as much as possible

but who knows, maybe they just had some issues those 2 months and could be alright now. or maybe it was too sizable a payout for them. wasnt anything huge though. i wish you luck!

It is very important for the bettors to know that they would get paid. And I’m pretty sure that I will be paid from SportBet. I’ve got 2 payouts last 2 weeks, always the same day, not through MoneyBookers but by Moneygram. Of course, this is more expensive, but don’t forget that Sportbet offers a loyalty program with bonus points, where pretty quickly the bettors can accumulate free-play as a compensation for the fees of eventual Moneygram payout. My personal opinion is that B is a proper rating for SportBet

I personally wasn't accusing you of lying. Just posting the information I have.

Sportbet and GamblersPalace have been going downhill for quite awhile. They have been arbitrary and inconsistent and weaselly.

I doubt you have to worry about a their cheque bouncing though.

Mathdotcom, I'm Sportbet manager, just as much as you are their chief accountant. Posters here may share their experience. I released mine, that despite some problems with MoneyBookers, SportBet quickly shots MoneyGram payouts instead.

All i said was they are not processing moneybookers payouts. At least not consistently. And this was after many many promises and phuckups.

I'm agree with you math.com! Of course it is not pretty to promise moneybooking and after that to postpone it. But however I think they are financialy stable. At least from my experience - two moneygrams at maximum size last 2 weeks.

Oh dear. I've been getting increasingly depressed reading these posts. I have a payout request for $1500 and another for under $500 pending with them via MoneyBookers since December 5th. Here's the latest email I received from them:

                                    Martin,

Thanks for contacting our customer service department. I have just checked in with the accounting department and you are the next in line for money bookers. I know that we are experiencing a delay with them cause of some technical problems, but as soon as it is solved we will send the funds to your account.

Thanks and I apologize for the delay on your payout.

I started getting anxious and sent them the following:

See the message below. This is dated FOUR DAYS AGO and I
was supposed to be next in line!

Come on guys, you are supposed to be a highly rated sportsbook and
you've taken approaching two weeks to process a piffling $1500 payout.

From tomorrow I think I need to start warning people on the SBR forum
and the other forums I am a member of about slow payouts from Sportbet.

Hope that won't be necessary, but you can't be proud of this level of
service to a new customer can you?

That was about a half hour ago and I tuned in to the SBR forum to check if anyone else was struggling with Sportbet payouts, and before I had finished reading the posts I had this message from Sportbet customer service:

                                    Dear customer,

Greetings from our customer service department! I wanted to inform you about the pending Money Bookers payout we have for you. Since you made the deposit via Neteller we can send it that way and have it in your account by today. All we need is your neteller account number and to know that it's ok with you to receive it this way.

Thanks and let us know as soon as possible to see what we can do.

Well - it will be quite a result I think if they do actually live up to this!

Hopefully I'll post in a couple of minutes to say they paid in full!

Wow - $1500 in my Neteller account already. result!

Now just have to chase the other $400 odd.
