Even without Kobe I still liked the Mavs (they have only one big man for this game and his last name is curry). Even at -9 this still might be a good bet. Although I just parlayed them on the ML with the Heat (ML) and Wiz (+5.5)

With the team new additions, I think it makes sense for Kobe to play here. Better to try to work things out now then to wait later in the season. But you never know, it'll suck if Kobe's foot worsens.

it's so weird that the market has moved against the over on lakers team total. i don't know who is more likely to be right. the people on a betting forum or the market.

lakers wont cover the spread tonight....they were horrible in pre-season..no chemsitry at all....will take around 10-15 games to get adjusted to the new offense...until then they wont be covering big spreads.
