Bet Atlas payout issue

BetAtlas has had some processing issues fairly recently. In fact SBR poster Mudcat was just asking about them yesterday. Anyways, please fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf in order to find out more details on this matter.

I have to correct that. Bet Atlas has not just been having processing issues recently - it has been several cases spanning pretty much the whole year 2008.

The possible saving grace for you Encelado is that Neteller is the one method where someone reported getting paid in a reasonable fashion.

There is a thread tracking some of their issues - HERE - and at post # 49 someone reports getting a Neteller payout.

Update ... their Neteller account was empty and they had to fund it. They told me they expect my payout to hit my Neteller account by today.

I figured that was pretty much the case sir.

Most books that mainly cater to U.S. players don't keep that processing method funded like they once did, because it's not used like it once was.

Keep us posted on when your payout is completed.

Update ... Got a 2K Neteller Friday ( like promised by Patrica ).
Should get the other 3K this week and the BankWire being sent. Maybe i can get my first win of the life after losses with Ewinner, Betonstars and NoJuice.

Final update ... It seems the problem is only with Neteller payouts. For some reasons Neteller payouts are very very very slow. When i asked about other withdraw methods they promptly offered a Bank Wire. They may add Moneybookers as a payment option soon.

I can't say I'm surprised by the Neteller comments at all sir. I know most books who service mainly U.S. players don't keep that Ewallet funded, because the lack of activity post Oct 13, 2006 law changes. Hopefully BetAtlas does add Moneybooks as a viable new option, because that seems to be the main processing method for most non-US customers.

This is backwards. Neteller is about the fastest they are doing lately. As slow as it is, everything else has been worse.

I'm not clear what happened. Before this post they owed you 3K which was supposed to be coming by Neteller. So they cancelled that and offered you a bank wire and you got it ??

Mudcat, They payed 2K of my 5K NET request ( should get the other 3K this coming week ). When i asked other payments options they promptly offered Bank wire and **. They clearly told me it's a problem for them paying by Neteller ( they sad it's very slow ). Initially i were requested a 10K wire too but had to cancel it because in the meantime i losted. Also when i asked about my next withdrawals requests ( in a case balance goes up ) they clearly told me Bank wire is the best and no Neteller.

Hopefully you'll get your bank wire this week as they said.

If I am understanding the timeline here, that would be about 3 weeks to get paid. That sounds bad but it's actually a whirlwind compared to some other experiences people have had.

But so far all you have is their word. Let's wait until the money is in your hands.

Sorry guys i may have not explaining it correctly.

All this started on THU 6 when i requested a 5K NET payout. After not seeing the money coming, on WED 13 i posted here. On FRI 14 i requested another payout that's a 10K BankWire. On SAT 15 i received 2K by NET that's the first portion of my 5K Neteller payout ( still waiting the other 3K to come, Patricia told me i will receive it this coming week ). On MON 17 Patricia emailed me saying that she needed also my Bank account number and my Bank Adress ( previously on FRI 14 i were sent them only my Bic and Iban codes because now these are the only two things needed for doing wires in the EU ). In the meantime my Balance went below 10K so i answered Patricia requesting the 10K wire to be canceled.

Now i didn't wanted to request a new wire after canceled the 10K's one a couple of days ago but after reading Baifatan aka TheShrink's post i changed idea ( 100% agree with tomcowley and applepicks ) so i am going to request a new one.

Ah so you know The Shrink. Out of curiosity, did you ask him for any help with this? Bet Atlas is a PLATINUM advertiser at his forum and he claims he will help with any dispute resolution (at least he used to claim that).

I ask because I know a guy who asked for his help with a much worse slow pay from ATLAS. Shrink said he would help and then . . .

not a peep. Didn't lift a finger.

After 2 weeks, the guy finally came to me for help. To the best of my knowledge he has still never heard back from the Shrink.

I don't think BAIFATAN is The Shrink. Actually I don't know who the hell that would be. Could be someone from Atlas but the post doesn't have any point really. I don't think English is their first language.

But anyway, you were probably wise not to call on Shrink for help with his PLATINUM book. It would have just dragged things out more.

Update ... just got the 3K Neteller payout plus the 7K ( wire ) has been deducted from my account.
