Best ways to manage your gambling money

What do you guys think is the right/best way to manage your gambling money?

Three options:
1% of Bankroll every play (Hoping to beat the juice and be at 60%+)
Weighted plays based off strength (Maybe a 1 through 5 star system)
50% to 100% "all-in" each play.

I prefer laying the law down at first with heavy wagers to take a 100 or 200 deposit up 50% or so, then play with the profits based off of the strength of the play. Then I manage my BR based off of how far I'm from my goal.

Biggest mistake is people vary their bets too much. I've seen players bet 15 games from $40 to $700 and think they're sharp. You can use a star system like 1 star and 5 star but make your 5 star no more than double your 1 star.

Never understood these 5, 10, 20 star plays. Sounds very silly. I mean psychologically... how do you know if your up to par or under par when you wake up in the morning? You don't. Every play should be the same amount.
