Possibly he is a man soo comfortable in his own skin, he ignores the abuse. Conversely, he may have a masochistic streak and thrive on the abuse, encouraging it and relishing the defamation. Judging from the sheer volume of abuse, I would say he is not innocent in this matter and has provoked people in the past.

I am a sensitive soul and have live in conditions were taking any shit leads to you being a labeled a target. I tend to be hyperreactive to criticism and abuse.
