NBA Preseason play for 10/26

Looks like they are both giving up 102 or 103 per game, and Houston is scoring more than 100 per game while Orlando averages around 98. Over 199 for this game seems logical. But is that more likely than Heat +8.5?

I agree. I also like Houston as a side. I got -1.5 and over 198.

Heat should be - 8.5. That's too big of a spread in preseason basketball.
