Karin win, but i didnt receive like the odds@2.62, i only received 16$ (win) ~ the odds@1.4

but the thing i want to say that, willhill did sent me any email to explain that, after I've complain by email, but have nothing happened. When i start Livechat, the Dialer let me wait a moment, and notice me that, that was an error. i dont know what's the error? (when i bet, the odd is normal, if knapp win @2.62, and Craybas win >2, that's error, but everything is normal).
but can u imagine, in the same time, i've bet Craybas@1.9 at another site with 40$ (because i play exchange). so what will happened when the odds changed from 2.62 to 1.4? From winning situation to lose alot money. 56 - 80 = -24

Karin Knapp should not have been $2.62 to win that match. She was a big favourite. That was a bad line at William Hill and they were right to cancel your bet.
