Anyone think Tampa's offense can keep up with Minnesota's defense?

Minni's D is pretty good and Tampa's run game depends on Doug Martin who has been good but not great. With Mike Williams and Vincent Jackson coming alive, do you think they can put up enough points to stave off a Minnesota offense that probably wont score more than 21?
