if you call up the free number and press 0 and wait a while, a stressed out pissed off guy will answer the phone. if you ask him about any of the products, he'll just give you one word short answer and hope you would just hang up the phone.
was ordering a camera there, just want to ask if the basic unit comes with battery...not that it is a stupid question because their website doesn't really say. i can tell he couldn't wait til i get off the phone. i bet he might be the only person working there...and probably is the owner.
if this is not a recession, this type of customer service attitude won't fly. in this economic situation, it is understandable.
