Look at that, boys....won 3 dollars on the spread...won 3 dollars on the Ov 2nd half...lost 1 dollar on the ML by 1 point(with a potential to make 5 dollars). It was the best play....to take the ML here. I was being greedy....I'll take what I got.

Panic, no doubt they can qualify as one of the top teams in the east but to say the team to beat I still have to see a few more games see how they handle against Cleveland, Detroit, and Orlando

Atlanta looked good in the playoffs but they still young and still got lots of room to improve

i was on the others side again and paid all well but what impress me was w/o Josh Smith and they defended Boston pretty well

only time can tell it's still early in the season - the only 2 Hawks I like is Joe and Al

bumped into Zaza a few months ago at the Whiskey park at W hotel and dont really like him - no one even recognized him but me but hey I bet you lots of Atlantans wont even know who was on the Hawks - been too many long years w/o a good team to cheer for --- Dominic wilkens days?

If they ever get a post-up guy they will be a serious threat to win the East, but I doubt if they get handed a gift like the Lakers did with Gasol.

I'm still pissed at Atlanta the year they could of drafted Chris Paul instead went with what's his face and traded his ass last year

but but back back back in the day wasnt Gasol drafted by the hawks and traded

Understandable. They're gonna have to make believers out of people. I am not a Hawk fan....just speaking with an unbiased opinion. I think this team will be the ones to beat in the East come playoff time. But you are right, still along way to go....time will tell.

the hawks team reminds me of the defensive Detroit Team....I'm pretty sure they can be one of the teams to beat once they evolve --- like a bunch of nobody (as in no all star ie Kobe, LBJ, KG) closest guy they have is Joe Johnson - yet as a team they play very good defense and they're young and want to win

They already handled Orlando in Orlando by double digits without Marvin Williams.

Joe Johnson is a two time all-star, you must mean no superstar.

Something like that, or either they picked Abdul Rahim instead, they have made some bad draft choices, but still they are one post up player away, though I feel Al Hortford will be that in the next 2 to 3 years, but by that time they will need a replacement for Bibby.
