#10This is not even close enough to the amount that trigger any red flags with the IRS. My advice, get cashiers checks or money orders, if possible, and cash them at check cashing facilities. You'll pay some juice, but it's a lot cheaper than paying the taxes.Comment -

I know in vegas you'll get in trouble for picking up "dead" tickets off the ground to try to keep and show losses equal to your winnings. But you can probably get away with it at a horse track.
